New gear is the last answer, not the first. We look at what you already own and fix it before we suggest buying anything. If something does need replacing, we explain why in writing.

    We start with what you already have. We inventory the gear and licenses, review how they're set up, and tell you what to keep, optimize or replace.

  2. Fix

    We correct misconfigurations, turn on features you're already paying for, and plan any change in writing, with a rollback path and testing in staging where possible.

  3. Support

    We leave you with as-built documentation, and we stay available for ongoing, scoped support on an agreed response schedule, with after-hours help as a paid option.
