Recent work
A stalled secure-web-gateway rollout, finished.
An MSP brought us in to finish a stalled cloud web-security rollout. We found the root cause, worked it through with the vendor, and got the rollout ready to go.
User identification restored after a Microsoft update.
A vendor update broke how a firewall identified users. We moved it to a secure method and tested it before production.
