Network Optimization
Before anyone buys new equipment, we make sure the network you already own is working as hard as it can.
- Review how your firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi and DNS are set up, and what licenses and features you're already paying for.
- Fix or flag misconfigurations, clean up old rules and tune routing, VPN and failover settings.
- Turn on features that are licensed but unused.
- Give a "keep, optimize or replace" call on each major device, with the reason in writing.
Firmware and software upgrades
We plan and carry out upgrades across your network: firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers and access points, and DNS, DHCP and IP address management systems.
- Check your current versions against vendor advisories and supported upgrade paths.
- Back up configurations and write a step-by-step plan with a rollback.
- Test where possible, then upgrade in an agreed maintenance window under change control.
- Verify that traffic, VPNs and services work afterward, and document what changed.
